As a private client, you can benefit from a unique combination of the styles of yoga and movement I teach as well as from my sound healing practices. Private classes are tailored to suit the your own body, aims and abilities. They will give you a deeper understanding of posture, alignment, breathing and meditation techniques. This is a chance to establish a regular practice, deepen an existing one, or work on specific issues or areas of interest. I welcome all abilities from beginners to advanced practitioners and I can teach people from age 5-100+.

Yoga at work

I offer bespoke classes for groups who wish to practice yoga at their workplace either at lunchtime or after hours. These classes are designed to reflect your group, interests and lifestyle. Their benefits include: feeling more focused and energised for the rest of the day, being able to meet challenges and tasks calmly and with ease, and cultivating a sense of community by sharing a non-hierarchical and inclusive practice with your colleagues.

Retreats

Between 2016 and 2018, I ran three lovely retreats in Turkey and Italy together with my friend and Astanga yoga teacher Alexandra Solomon. After having my second child and because of the pandemic I had to take a break from retreats. I am planning to restart my retreats in a more sustainable form, in or closer to the UK.

Workshops

My workshops are usually held at the weekend and 2-3 hours long. These are opportunities to explore different yoga and movement topics in greater depth. I often combine different techniques and approaches in order to offer a holistic approach to my chosen theme.
